Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service, until a different mutually agreed arrangement is made.
We accept cash, check or major credit card.
We will submit to your insurance if we are In Network with your provider.
Patient Billing Statements can be requested at any time by calling our office.
Our clinic cannot be responsible for a denied insurance claim.
ABOUT PATIENT PORTAL
All non-emergent messages to your provider regarding your child's care and medication refill requests must be submitted through your portal account.
Lotus Psychiatric Services utilizes Electronic Medical Records (EMR) through which various Forms will be assigned to your portal account for both new and follow up appointments. In order to utilize your appointment time with our providers effectively, we request you to fill out these Intake forms at least one day before your appointment.
