Payments
Patients are required to save a payment card (Health Saving Card, Flexible Spending Account or Personal Credit/Debit Card) to the Patient Portal.
For Insured patients, patient responsibility (copay/deductible) will be applied to their card on file after Insurance processes the claim.
For cash pay patients, the session costs will be applied to their card on file at the completion of the appointment.
Patient Billing Statements can be requested at any time by calling our office.
Our clinic cannot be responsible for denied insurance claims.
Patients are required to update all changes to their Insurance and Payment details on the patient portal before all appointments.
ABOUT PATIENT PORTAL
All non-emergent messages to your provider regarding your child's care and medication refill requests must be submitted through your portal account.
Lotus Psychiatric Services utilizes Electronic Medical Records (EMR) through which various Forms will be assigned to your portal account for both new and follow up appointments. In order to utilize your appointment time with our providers effectively, we request you to fill out these Intake forms at least one day before your appointment.
